Anyone actually played the tournaments at Players Palace Casino?
The Players Palace tournaments actually show up fine for me here in Canada, lobby loads every evening and I'm on it most nights π₯
Grinding the leaderboard does feel like the same few names up top every week ngl, but the slots races are fun enough even when you're middle of the pack. I hit big in one last night and jumped like ten spots, was proper buzzing π±π° Honestly depends how much free time you got - if you're spinning anyway it's basically free extra shots at a prize. Anyone else from Ontario found a good strategy for the point scoring or do you just jam spins and pray π°... curious what works on there

βSame names up top every week here too, honestly π my approach is treat the leaderboard as a bonus hunt with extra steps, I only enter when the entry fee fits my session bankroll, grind spins at my usual bet size, and if I'm outside the prize spots by halfway I'm dead and gone, cashing my C$ back into the regular slots. The lobby loading clean on my end in Canada is the one thing they've got right π₯π°Cashing out in time is half the battle.

Same regulars up top here too, ah well, we grind on. My two cents: the slots races are worth it only when the entry fits the night's bankroll, chasing the leaderboard with bigger spins just burns the session. Turned a small entry into a decent cash prize once doing exactly what Grizzled does. Bailed at halfway when I was out of the spots. The old slots hit different back when I started, but a free roll is a free roll πI remember the old slots first-hand.

Stupid question maybe π when you say entry fee fits your bankroll, do you count the tourney fee separate from what you'd deposit for the session? Still learning how that works. Thanks Grizzled for explaining your approach btw πAsking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.

Not a stupid question at all, good on you for asking before learning the hard way π The idea is simple: the tourney entry fee comes out of the same pot as everything else that night. So say you sit down with a C$100 session bankroll and the slots race costs C$10 to enter, that C$10 is part of the session, not extra on top. If you'd normally spin at C$0.50 a go, keep doing that; don't crank bets up chasing leaderboard points, because that's how the entry ends up eating the whole night. I turned 50 into 5k once back on the old slots. But I've turned plenty of bankrolls into smoke chasing leaderboards too, and greed always collects in the end π So: one fee, one bankroll, and if you're outside the prizes halfway through, walk like Grizzled said. The old slots hit different, but a busted session hits the same no matter the era.Busted more than you've deposited π

I never chase the top names, I just enter late when the lobby's quiet and let my favourite slot do the work π₯ Pays for itself most weeks, ah wellBacking my slot to the last spin.

BornToSpin4Life, good instinct asking before you burn a few C$ figuring it out the hard way π yes, entry fee comes out of the same evening pot. Treat the whole night as one bankroll and the tourney as part of it, that's the whole trick. And ChasingJackpots, entering late when the lobby's quiet and letting your favourite slot "do the work"? I've heard that song before, and usually it's the same three regulars humming it from the top of the leaderboard. Seen bigger hits than that come from grinding early with everyone else, honestly. Been through this cycle enough times to know the leaderboard doesn't care when you showed up, it cares how many spins you put through. Still, if it pays for itself most weeks like you say, fair play, keep at it πBeen grinding longer than some have played.

Same few regulars up top every week here too π but I enter cheap ones and my favourite slot does the work - hit big last night, covered the fee plus some π°π°

Same few regulars up top every week here too π but I enter cheap ones and my favourite slot does the work - hit big last night, covered the fee plus some π°π°@Lee_Loonie same energy here, cheap entries all the way and my all-time favourite slot has been carrying me in those tourneys π hit big last night too, was down to peanuts and it bailed me out... C$60-ish profit after the fee, not quitting my job but hey π€ PoutineEh I get it, no screenshot from me either, mostly withdraw small and quick so never bother grabbing one π°π°Spinning reels dawn to dusk.

Same here, cheap entries and my favourite slot does the heavy lifting π₯ won enough last week to cover the fee plus dinner, can't beat that π€π°

Three of you posting "covered the fee plus some" in the same thread and not one cashout screenshot between you. Tournament wins at Players Palace mean nothing to me until someone shows the withdrawal actually cleared. Got a cashout screenshot or just lobby hype?Hype isn't a payout.

I busted my whole tourney bankroll last week so honestly PoutineEh got a point πCame to hit, stayed to tilt πΏ

Fair challenge tbh. I don't post screenshots either, my win was small potatoes, like barely covered the entry plus a Timmies run, nothing worth flexing π€£ But yeah I'm on it every evening, cheap buy-in tourneys are the only thing keeping me coming back. Last night I was down to scraps and one free spin bonus bailed me out, walked away up maybe C$30... not a cashout legend, just fun bankroll stretching. If I ever land something actually screenshot-worthy you'll all see it here first π₯π°One slot, one love π°
