Yeah, the cap's real, Babex. If the terms say max cashout on the no-deposit, then whatever sits above that line when you clear the wagering just gets chopped off, you keep the capped bit and the rest disappears into the void. So say you spin it up nice, clear the wagering with C$500 sitting there and the cap is lower, you get the cap, nothing more. Seen it plenty of times, which is why I always read the cashout line before the wagering line, not after 😉I remember the old slots first-hand.

Took a similar no-deposit here in Ontario once, hit decent, kept the capped bit only 😭500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
