Rob, nothing dumb about asking. Cashback usually means the casino hands back a slice of your losses, and the catch LuckyStreak was pointing at is the fine print on which games count. Often it's only certain slots that contribute, so if you're playing live tables or anything excluded, that play earns you zero back even though you still deposited real C$. Simple example: say the cashback applies only to slots, and you split your week between spins and live blackjack. The spins part counts toward it, the blackjack part doesn't, so at the end of the promo you get money back on half your play while the other half just... sat there dead 😄 I've seen bigger promos than that turn hollow exactly this way. With Players Palace nobody here seems to have the actual game list yet, so I'd want to see it in writing before chasing anything. Greed has emptied more wallets than bad luck ever did, read the terms first.I remember the old slots first-hand.
