Anyone else grinding the Slots Palace tournament race from Canada?
Grinding the Slots Palace race myself most evenings, and honestly I'm having a blast even if the climb is slow π
hit big last night on my all-time favourite slot mid-tournament and jumped a bunch of spots, felt amazing ngl π₯π°
But real talk, I dunno if it's worth extra deposits just to chase points. I basically spin anyway so the race is free value for me, but if you're topping up only for the leaderboard that's where the churn gets dangerous. Still trying to figure out how the prize split works and if there's rollover on the winnings, nobody in this thread seems to know yet. If anyone's actually finished top spots before, spill it π€ ah well, gonna keep spinning regardless lol π°

βCash24 that big hit mid-race is exactly how they reel you in π I did a similar tourney grind before and burned deposit after deposit chasing points. For me it only makes sense if the games I'd spin anyway count toward the race, otherwise it's just paying for leaderboard position. Anybody actually seen the prize split or rollover on this one? That's what decides it for my bankroll πΈBonus taken, wagering cleared.

Rob's got it right, chasing points with deposits you wouldn't make anyway is how a C$100 night turns into a busted weekend. Only worth it if the spins count regardless πBusted more than you've deposited π

This is my worry too π I only made my first deposit recently so does anyone know if the race spins also count toward regular wagering, or is it separate? That would decide it for me tbh

Cash24 I'm with Rob, only spin what you'd spin anyway π° race points on top of normal wagering = free value, chasing deposits for spots is dead money tbh πSpinning reels dawn to dusk.

Been reading this thread with a smile, because everyone's so quick to call it dead money, but nobody's said the same about dropping C$20 on a Friday night just for kicks. If you're spinning anyway, the race points are gravy on top of the wagering, plain and simple. I turned 50 into 5k once in one of these races back when the old slots hit different, and I can tell you the leaderboard chase wasn't the reason, the spins were just paying that night π Rob's point about whether your usual games count is the real question though, and nobody's answered it yet. TimsRun_99, same thing goes for whether race spins roll into regular bonus wagering or sit in their own little box. I genuinely don't know the answer for this one, and I'd rather find out before putting extra in than after. Ah well, we grind on, someone here must've read the fine print by now πI remember the old slots first-hand.

@Gates_GG fair point tbh. I'm only spinning my regular bonus wagering there anyway, so any race points feel like a bonus on the bonus π still learning bonuses though, wouldn't chase spots.New here, soaking it up.

Gates got it right, spin like normal and let the race points stack on top π° chasing spots with deposits you wouldn't make is dead money for sure... still gonna grind it every evening tho π π₯One slot, one love π°

The "gravy on top" line only holds if you actually see the gravy. Everyone here talking free value, did any of you complete a withdrawal from the race yet? Got a cashout screenshot? Because "points stacked up" means nothing till it hits your bank. And TimsRun_99, check the promo terms before you spin a single extra cent. Some of these tournament promos weight the points toward slots with gimped RTP, so the "free" race ends up costing you on the base wagering. If your normal spins qualify anyway, fine, keep spinning. If you're topping up deposits to climb the leaderboard, that's dead money, no way around it.Hype isn't a payout.
