Where are the cashback terms for Kingmaker Casino Canadian players?

Kingmaker Casino
Been poking around Kingmaker myself trying to find this cashback page, and honestly the terms are buried or just plain missing. Saw the banner for Canadian players, clicked through, and got nothing but marketing fluff. No mention of what actually counts toward it. My main worry is the usual one: does it track slots only, or do live dealer tables chip in too? And is there a rollover on the cashback before you can pull it? Those two details change everything - a cashback you have to grind through 5x on the ones that used to pay decently is a whole different animal than straight cash back. If anyone's actually received it and knows how the wagering works on it, share the details. ah well, we grind on 😉

Same experience here, Gates, the promo banner promises cashback for Canucks and then the T&Cs just vanish. Until they publish what games count (live tables vs slots) and whether a rollover sits on top, I'd treat the whole thing as vapour, because a cashback with hidden wagering can depend on the volatility of whatever they let you count. If anyone gets the actual terms in writing from support, post them, on a small sample of marketing claims, the printed rules are the only thing worth anything 📊
    Do the EV, then spin.

  • Sorry if this is a dumb question 🙈 but what's a rollover exactly? Like you have to spin the cashback money a few times before it pays out? 😅

  • No dumb question at all, hon, rollover just means you have to wager the cashback a set number of times before it turns into real withdrawable money. Say they give you C$20 back with a 5x rollover, you'd need C$100 in bets on whatever games count (that's the part Kingmaker isn't telling us, slots or live tables) before you can cash a dime. That's why Dave's right to call it vapour until they publish the terms 😄

  • Yeah same, I gave up looking too 😅 Maybe I'm being dumb but if they won't even say whether live tables count, I'd just email support before depositing extra for it. 🤔

  • Funny how the hardest part of any cashback is never the math, it's the missing fine print. Rob's advice about emailing support is actually the only correct move here, and I'd go one step further: get the answer in writing, screenshot it, because a chat agent's verbal "yes, live tables count" means nothing when the T&Cs page is blank. To answer the question about rollover in EV terms: cashback with wagering attached is worth a lot less than it looks on the banner. If your cashback carries an x-rollover on slots-only play, the effective value drops by roughly the house edge times the turnover. So a hidden 5x on a high-volatility slot can eat most of the rebate before you ever see it withdrawable. And since Kingmaker won't say whether live dealer tables count or contribute at a reduced weighting (live games often contribute 10% or less toward wagering elsewhere, though that's the industry pattern, not their published rule), the whole thing is unusable for planning purposes.
    Volatility > vibes.

  • @Gold_Addict agree on the screenshot, but take it further, ask them to email you a PDF or written confirmation, not just chat. A chat log from a support agent has saved nobody I know when a withdrawal got reviewed. And until they say in writing whether live tables count, I'd assume the worst and only wager what you'd lose anyway. No payout, no proof, same rule for cashback terms.
    Hype isn't a payout.

  • Agree with the screenshot advice, been through this cycle before with vague cashback pages, and a written answer saved me once. Kingmaker owes us that fine print. 😉
Been grinding longer than some have played.

  • @LuckyStreakLuck good to hear the written answer actually held up once, gives me some hope 😅 I asked support about Kingmaker's cashback last week and the agent kept saying "check the promotions page" which is exactly the vague page we're all stuck on. Did yours come from an actual email or did you have to push them for it?

@LuckyStreakLuck good point about the PDF, I only ever thought to screenshot the chat 😅 I'm still new to all this, made my first deposit at Kingmaker last month and the cashback page honestly tells you nothing about whether it's credited as bonus money or real cash. If they email you written terms, do they usually state the wagering on the cashback too? 🤔

  • Screenshot idea is solid, never thought of that 😅 So the C$100 in bets example, does it have to be slots only or is that still unclear? Still learning bonuses here 🙏
