Is the Jackpot City tournament race actually worth grinding?
Hopped on the Jackpot City leaderboard race again this week and honestly I'm on it every evening π
. My take? Worth it if you'd be spinning anyway, not worth chasing just for the prize. Grinding the race while doing my usual slots, no extra deposits needed so far π°π°
Anyone here actually finished top spots and cashed out after the rollover tho?? Curious if the prize money comes with heavy wagering or lands clean. Hit decent last night ngl, climbed a few places... thinking this might be my week ππ₯π€

βHate to agree with TheHouseTV but he nailed it π . I grind the Jackpot City race only when my bankroll already had spins booked that night. The second you start chasing leaderboard spots with bets you wouldn't normally make, you're donating loonies to the house. Did a proper run on it a while back, kept my bet per spin flat and treated the race like a side pot, not the main event. Cleared the wagering attached to the spin credits and banked a decent hit on one of the bonus rounds, cashed out same session. Would I have hit without being in the race? Probably, the slot didn't care. So for me it's a yes if you're already depositing and spinning anyway, a hard no if the leaderboard is the reason you log in. Anyone here actually finished top of that board and seen the prize survive the rollover? That's the part I've never confirmed personally πBonus taken, wagering cleared.

both of you said it right, chasing spots on the Jackpot City race with money you weren't gonna spin anyway is just a slower way to bust. i've done the deposit-more thing chasing a leaderboard once, finished decent and the rollover still ate most of it. now i only ride it if the spins were already booked. greedy hands get empty, eh πBusted more than you've deposited π

This is exactly what I needed to hear π I just did my first deposit there and was eyeing the race thinking I'd top up extra to climb the board. Sounds like the smart play is only counting spins I'd already be doing toward it, and treating any prize as a bonus that wagering will mostly chew through anyway. Did anyone here actually clear the rollover on a race prize and get it out, or does it always die in the wagering? πLearn something new about casinos every day.

Kev, do not top up for the board, that's the trap π . I've run the Jackpot City race a few times now and my rule is simple: only spins that were already in the plan count toward it. Last time I climbed decent just off my normal bet size and cleared the bonus in profit, but only because I stopped pushing once the rollover math said the wagering would eat the win. The one thing I'd add from lived experience: check which games actually count toward the race before you spin, because not everything on the lobby contributes the same. Didn't help that I burnt half a session on a slot that barely moved me up the board πΈ. Treat the prize like a freebie that wagering will mostly chew, exactly as you said.Cashing out in time is half the battle.

Agree with YYZ99's rule, saved me too. I only count spins already in my plan for the Jackpot City race, any prize is just bonus money for wagering π

Felt this thread hard lol, I've been spinning Jackpot City every night anyway so the race is basically free extra for me π Kev, don't top up for it, wagering will eat the prize πBacking my slot to the last spin.

Ha, word is the race pays out fine if you never chase it π Stuck to my usual spins once and the bonus landed anyway. Those who know, know.Slot's heating up, don't ask details.

Same rule here, only spins already in my evening session count. Top up chasing the board is how you eat a loss, the Jackpot City prize should just be gravy π€π°
