Is the Jackpot City Casino tournament race actually worth grinding?
Honestly I grind every race they put in front of me and Jackpot City keeps showing up in my promos here in Canada so I've been eyeballing the leaderboard too 🔥 my gut says these things exist to push deposits but a race on top of my normal spins is basically free value if I was gonna play anyway, that's how I treat it. Big question for me is which games actually count toward points, nobody seems to say, and if the side promo wagering eats your winnings before you can cash out that changes everything. Anyone here actually finished one? Would love to know how the rollover played out before I commit 🤑 ah well

I've done enough of these races to know the leaderboard math only works if the games that actually count toward points are ones you'd spin anyway. Jackpot City shows me the promo too, but the info on which slots earn points is fuzzy from where I sit, and that's the whole ballgame. If the point-earning games are high variance grinders, your C$ per spin burns fast chasing position while some whale tops the board on volume. Anyone finished one there? My real worry is the same as the OP, the side promo rollover eating the race payout before cashout. I once cleared a race bonus elsewhere and the wagering on it basically turned my win into extra spins for the house. If the rollover stacks on top of whatever deposit bonus you took to enter, that's a double grind. I'd rather know upfront than find out mid-clear. 😭🎰500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Problem at Jackpot City is I can't even tell which games count, nobody seems to have a straight answer on that. And that's before you get to any side promo tied to it, because wagering on a bonus can eat your race winnings before you ever see a withdrawal. Turned 50 into 5k once in a race years back, but the wagering on the attached promo nibbled half of it before cashout. So yeah, my advice, only chase it if you were depositing regardless. Greed turns a fun little race into an expensive lesson fast 😄I remember the old slots first-hand.

This thread is helpful, still learning bonuses here 😅 so if I put a deposit in and take the race promo, the rollover on that bonus runs at the same time I'm trying to climb the leaderboard? That's the part I can't picture. If the side wagering eats my spins before I finish the race it sounds dead to me.
