Rollover just means how many times you gotta spin through the cashback before it turns into withdrawable money. Say they hand you C$50 back with 10x wagering, that's C$500 of slots before you see a dime, and some places only count certain games toward it. If the cashback isn't explicitly stated as direct cash, you're looking at a grind, which is just poor design on their part.
