Got burned by a bonus trap at Extreme Casino
Rollover traps at no-name casinos are basically the house specialty, so this doesn't surprise me one bit. What always gets me is how the fine print buries the games that count toward wagering, you're spinning thinking you're clearing it, and half the lobby contributes zero or next to nothing. Then the bonus expires and poof, winnings gone.
Question for you: did you actually see the full T&Cs before depositing, or was it one of those "accept bonus" checkboxes with the terms three clicks deep? And more importantly, did you manage to cash out anything at all in the end, or did they stall you? Screenshots of the wagering terms would be useful here, so the rest of us know exactly which clause to watch for. Too many of these places take Canadian players happily and then get creative when it's payout time.

Turned out the games I was playing counted at a fraction of what I assumed. Rollover's a job at the best of times, but when the lobby quietly only lets certain slots do the heavy lifting, you're clearing a wall with a spoon 😭 Now I do the same as you, wagering section gets read before the deposit ever goes through. Which games count, how many times through, what voids the whole thing if I cash out early. Two minutes of reading saves a dead bankroll. Painful way to learn it though, that C$ would've been better spent on an actual shot at a hit 🎰

Progress state, balance, the games list from the terms. If Extreme ever stalls your withdrawal and claims you breached wagering, that paper trail is the only thing that matters. Screenshot stuff is decent advice, MegaAddict27, but half these offshore terms pages change on you mid-clear and your screenshot won't mean a thing 🙄. Been doing this long enough. RobToronto has it right - if they can edit the terms mid-clear, screenshots are decoration. That's when I want to know which regulator actually answers complaints, because a PDF means nothing otherwise.Hype isn't a payout.

Which raises the obvious question for the OP, after the rollover ate you, did you actually get a withdrawal through at all, or did they just stall you out? Got a cashout screenshot from Extreme? Because "I got burned" without payout proof only tells half the story, and I've seen enough of these offshore shops accept Canadians all day and then hide behind edited terms when it's time to pay.
