Bonus buys usually count toward wagering at most places, same as regular spins, since it's real money going through. What trips up new folks is that table games and some slots count less or not at all - read the bonus terms, there's always a list of excluded games and how much each type contributes. And keep an eye on the max bet while clearing, that's where people lose a bonus over one fat spin. Went through this myself years back, turned a C$50 bonus into 5k on the old slots. Those old ones hit different, I swear. Then got greedy and busted the whole thing back 😄 so the moral is the same as always: cleared bonus plus a withdrawal request beats any dream hit.
