Rule of thumb from my own grind: the expiry clock and the wagering run side by side, so if you can't clear the rollover before the timer dies, the bonus and any winnings tied to it are gone — house keeps it. That's why I always check three things before accepting: how many times through (35x on a match bonus is a very different animal than 20x), which games actually count (some slots contribute 10% or nothing), and the max bet per spin while clearing, because going over it voids the whole thing. Last month I took a bonus, sat at C$1 a spin grinding a mid-variance slot, and cleared the bonus in profit with a bit left over for cashout. "Hit big last night" means nothing to me without a withdrawal proof. Post the cashout screenshot or it didn't happen.
