I had my ID and a recent utility cheque stub ready before I even signed up, and it still took a couple of back-and-forths because they wanted the whole doc visible, corners and all. a scratched phone camera won't get you bounced on its own, i've taken pics with worse 😄 glare and blur are the real killers, take the pic near a window in daylight, lay the doc flat on a dark table so the edges show, and don't use the flash. i turned 50 into 5k once on a no-deposit and even then they made me resend the hydro bill twice just for a bit of shadow on one corner, so take a few shots and pick the cleanest one before you upload.Been grinding longer than some have played.
