On a small spin sample free spins feel like found money, but if the rollover is steep on winnings you're just donating hours of variance to the house. RTP tells you the long-run cost, volatility tells you how ugly the ride to clearing the bonus gets, and those two get mixed up constantly in these threads. Signed up at Quatro a while back, before the offer changed, so I won't guess the current spin count. What I remember is the spins being low value per spin and the winnings dropping into bonus balance with wagering attached, which is where these deals usually eat you alive. Dave hit it, the multiplier on winnings is the whole game. A handful of free spins sounds nice until you're grinding a rollover on a C$3 win at minimum bets to keep the balance alive. My rule now, and it's saved my bankroll more than once, I read the bonus terms before the deposit goes through, not after. If the wagering on free spin winnings is anything steep I skip it and just play my own deposit, cash is cleaner. YYZDad, don't sign up blind on this one. RoyalZone basically wrote the ending for everyone, spins turning into bonus balance with wagering attached is the classic trap, seen it a hundred times over the years. turned 50 into 5k once off a spins deal but that was one night out of hundreds where the rollover ate me. until somebody posts the actual terms here i'd say treat it as a free look, not free money 😉Been grinding longer than some have played.
