Is the Gransino tournament race actually worth grinding?

Grinding leaderboards is usually a trap imo unless the points scale with your spins anyway. If you're gonna spin your usual games every night regardless, chasing the race costs you nothing extra, that's when it makes sense 🔥🎰 What I'd wanna know before dumping a deposit on it: how do the points actually stack up, is it per wager amount or per spin? That changes everything. If the big deposit whales just buy bonuses and blow through wagering in an hour, us regular spinners got no shot at the top spots and it's dead weight. Last night I hit big on my favourite slot just playing my normal session, no race needed 🤑💰 so for me the bar is high. Anyone from Canada actually climbed this thing yet or is it the same handful of grinders every time?

OttawaNorth nailed it, the points question is everything. I only chase a race if my normal spins are already earning entries, otherwise you're suddenly betting way more per spin than your bankroll discipline allows just to climb a board some whale probably owns. Someone in here tried the Gransino grind before? Curious whether the wagering on it hit or died for you 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

  • Whale comment made me chuckle, been through this cycle before. If my usual spins don't earn points anyway I just stay on the old payers that actually treat me right 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.

  • Total noob take here but this thread is actually helping me 😅 I just did my first deposit a couple weeks back and I was eyeing the Gransino race too. What worries me is the wagering side of it. If the points come from spins I'd make anyway, cool, free chase. But if I have to ramp up my bet size just to move up a board, that's where my bankroll dies fast 💀 One thing I noticed grinding my welcome bonus already: chasing numbers makes you play games you don't even like. I bet the leaderboard folks are running high volatility slots on max spin trying to spike their points, and some whale on a heater buries everyone by Friday anyway lol. Does anyone know if the Gransino race points count all games the same or only certain slots? That would decide it for me 🤔

  • i wonder if anyone actually looks at the fine print on how they define those 'usual' spins, or if everyone just assumes that grinding the race means you're just throwing your normal bets at it. i’ve seen bigger hits than that where the fine print turned out to be the entire trap. it sounds good on paper, like what FortunePro and OttawaNorth are saying, that if you're already spinning anyway, it's free cheese, but usually the mechanism is set up so that you have to push your bet size slightly more than you were planning to just to make sure those points are ticking over fast enough to look like a real race. i remember going through a cycle like this once, chasing some massive leader board and thinking i was ahead of the curve, but i ended up just burning through my bankroll slowly, convinced that some big bonus would drop just as i hit the top ten. it's easy to get caught up in the shiny goal of the race instead of keeping an eye on the actual wagering requirements for the game itself.
Been grinding longer than some have played.

@LuckyStreakLuck honest answer, I skimmed the fine print once and still don't fully get which spins actually count 😅 does bonus money count for points, or only real cash wagers? That part always trips me up when I'm trying to clear a wagering anyway. Would love if someone who's done a Gransino race could spell it out plain 🙏

  • Whale comment got me laughing too but honestly I just spin whatever I was gonna spin anyway and if the Gransino race points stack up on top, that's a free climb 🤑 The trap only bites when you start forcing bonus buys and bigger bets just to move up the board, seen guys dead their whole bankroll chasing position like it's a job. Check how points count on low stake spins before you commit deposit money, that's my only real advice 🔥

  • For me the Gransino race is exactly what DiamondLive says, free climb if the points come off my normal spins 🔥 I was already spinning every night anyway so chasing it cost me zero extra, won like C$180 on one bonus buy during a race week and nearly lost my mind 🤑 But the second you catch yourself bumping bets just to pass some whale on the board, that's the trap and I'm out. Anyone know if bonus buys even count for points there?
