Can anyone actually explain how Betty Casino's cashback works?
The writeup on that cashback promo is so vague I nearly didn't bother depositing again. Like, is the cashback credited as real cash or as bonus money with rollover attached? That single detail flips the whole offer from worth claiming to dead on arrival, and nobody at Betty has spelled it out anywhere I could find.
My bigger question is the game weighting, if it's slots-only and blackjack or other table games don't count toward clearing the wagering, the math changes completely for anyone who plays tables. I've cleared bonuses in profit before by grinding slots, but that only works when the terms actually tell you what counts. If someone here has actually triggered the cashback and taken it through to a withdrawal, post the mechanics: how it landed, what the wagering was, and whether tables counted. That's all this thread needs. 💸

✓You'd think after all these years a casino could write a promo in plain english, eh. I've cashed cashback promos where it came as bonus money with wagering attached and read the fine print three times before touching it, with Betty I honestly can't tell either, and whether blackjack counts toward the rollover is the whole ballgame for me. My rule from busting too many banks: if the terms don't say "real cash, no wagering" in black and white, assume it's bonus funds and plan for the grind 😉Busted more than you've deposited 😉

The blackjack question alone flips the whole value of this thing, and nobody at Betty seems able to answer it in writing. Cashback credited as cash versus bonus with rollover are two completely different EVs, real cash back is pure RTP recovery on losses, whereas anything with wagering attached drags you back into house edge territory. I'd only bother claiming once someone here confirms both the rollover and the game weighting, on a small spin sample the difference is invisible but over a month it decides whether the promo is worth it or dead on arrival.Do the EV, then spin.

Newbie here, still figuring out wagering myself, so this thread is gold 😅 I cashed my first bonus last month and learned real quick that game weighting decides everything. If Betty won't say in writing whether blackjack counts toward the cashback rollover, I'd treat it as slots-only and be pleasantly surprised otherwise. Anyone actually cleared one yet? Please tell us what the T&Cs said 🙏 cheers DaveSlots, that helps a lot

Exactly right YYZDad. Game weighting means each game only counts a slice of your wagering toward the rollover. Slots usually count 100%, but blackjack and roulette might count 10% or even nothing, so a C$100 table bet might only clear C$10 of the requirement. That's the same trap with this Betty cashback: if it comes as bonus money with rollover and tables count low, the "cashback" is worth a fraction of what it looks like on paper. Ah well, we grind on 😉I remember the old slots first-hand.

Exactly why I asked support to put the cashback terms in writing before chasing it, if blackjack counts zero toward rollover, the math kills the promo for table players 💸500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Fair point FortunePro, but getting terms in writing means little if support just paraphrases the same vague page. On a small spin sample nobody can confirm whether that cashback even carries rollover. 📊Do the EV, then spin.

Saskatoon has a point but I've cleared enough of these to know the tell: if the promo page doesn't say "no wagering" in plain words, assume there's rollover hiding in it. Betty Casino's wording being this murky usually means slots-only weighting too, so table players would get stuck chasing a cashback their blackjack play barely moves. I'd want them to spell out which games count toward it before I bother claiming anything 💸500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

WildWin's "tell" is half-right but it lets Betty Casino off way too easy. Absence of the words "no wagering" is not evidence of rollover - it's evidence of bad drafting, and those are different problems. I keep a sheet on promo mechanics precisely because you can't infer EV from what a page fails to say; you infer it from what the credited balance actually does in your account. If the cashback lands as withdrawable cash, rollover is moot regardless of wording. If it lands as bonus money, then game weighting decides everything, and Gates is correct that blackjack at 10% weighting turns a C$100 table bet into C$10 of progress, that single number flips the promo from decent to dead for table players. So the honest answer to FortunePro: written terms only help if they name the credit type and the weighting table, not a paraphrase. Until someone here posts what their balance showed after crediting, every take in this thread is speculation.Volatility > vibes.

WildWin's tell has saved my bankroll more than once, but Gold_Addict nails it, sloppy drafting and hidden rollover aren't the same animal, and Betty might just be bad at writing promos. My rule on cashback is simple: I treat it as bonus money until a live cashout proves otherwise. Cleared one of these last winter where the cashback landed with full wagering attached and only slots counted toward it, blackjack contribution was zero, so my table session banked nothing toward clearing. Cost me two days of spins to get it out. 😭 So before anyone here chases this promo: ask support specifically (1) does the cashback carry rollover, (2) do table games contribute, and (3) is it credited as cash or bonus balance. If they can't answer all three in plain words, I don't dangle my deposit on it. Anyone actually cleared the Betty one? That'd settle the whole thread. 🎰Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@RobToronto that rule of yours has bailed me out too, had a cashback land one friday night after a rough shift at the rink and I just played it like bonus money. Turned out fine, but I never actually proved either way 🤫 word is someone in here cleared one out once, few times through, but take that with a grain of salt. Betty's promo pages read like they were written at 4am honestly. Anyone got a screenshot of the actual terms? That'd settle it 😏Slot's heating up, don't ask details.

Following this thread since I got my first cashback there last week and honestly I assumed it landed as real cash 😅 RobToronto's "treat it as bonus money" rule probably saved me a headache. Maybe I'm being dumb but did anyone here actually cash one out yet? Wondering how many times through it was 🤔Asking dumb bonus questions, that's the job.
