Anyone actually cleared KYC at Betty Casino yet?
Been stuck in the same spot myself. Uploaded my ID and a utility bill over a week back and the "under review" status hasn't budged, so the bonus clock is basically eating my bankroll while I wait. Burning wagering time on a dead verification is the worst kind of leak.
The one thing I'd say: keep every doc you send timestamped and chase support in writing. I'm outside Ontario btw, so if anyone here cleared KYC from another province, did it go through quick or did you get the endless "please resubmit" loop too? Asking before I burn another session waiting on a cheque that never spins. 😭🎰

✓a week of "under review" and they're still nibbling your bonus clock. That's the part that stings, eh. been through this cycle before with a couple sites up my way: you upload everything crisp, sit there refreshing, and the promo window quietly dies while support sends you the same "please allow additional time" copy-paste. i'd nudge them through chat every couple days and keep a screenshot of every upload date, that's what finally shook mine loose last time. also worth asking outright whether the wagering timer can be frozen or extended during verification, some places will do it if you push politely, some won't even answer. outside Ontario i got mine cleared eventually without endless back-and-forth, but it took a follow-up or two. keep the faith, kid, the bonus isn't worth losing sleep over anyway 😉Been grinding longer than some have played.

I'm outside Ontario and my docs cleared in a couple days too, so Rob it might just be bad luck with your files? I made sure the utility bill photo had zero glare and it went through first try 😅 does support give you any actual timeline when you poke them or just the same copy-paste? 🙏Learn something new about casinos every day.

Been on the wrong end of this myself, a utility bill with a shadow on the corner once cost me three days of re-uploads. Rob, try cropping the bill so only the address block shows, and support should extend the bonus window if the delay's on their end, ask them directly. Docs in crisp, wagering went smooth after. 🎰Bankroll discipline wins 💸

Cropping the bill like SaskatoonNorth said worked for me at another place, took the address block only and it cleared same day. Rob if your bonus clock is dying while their review drags, get them to put that extension request in writing through support, saves the argument later. Bankroll sitting frozen for a week plus is brutal when you've already planned the session 💸500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Cleared mine outside Ontario last month in about three days, but I'd already learned from past casinos to send a crisp, uncropped ID plus the bill with zero glare. The written extension request through support is the real move, bankroll shouldn't bleed while they shuffle paperwork 💸

Maybe some of yous just sending crumpled hydro bills with glare everywhere and blaming the queue 🤷 Just email support and ask for that extension in writing, took me one message and my bonus clock stopped bleeding 💸🎰Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
